Improved stiffness relief
10 people found this helpful
I use a small amount of zinc supplement to assist with my RA stiffness and pain in both wrists. Zinc helps activate omega-3 fatty acids, thereby alleviating stiffness and pain. It would be wise to increase omega-3s in your diet or consider fish or flaxseed oil supplements. This supplement alone is just one aspect of easing pain from RA, so refer to my other reviews on Doctor’s Best “Curcumin C3 Complex”, Now “Pantothenic Acid”, and Now “EGCg-Green Tea”.

Eased menstrual pain

I suffered from menstrual pain for long periods. Though I tried various remedies without much success, I discovered high-dose zinc is beneficial for women. During my first menstrual period using it, I noticed a significant decrease in pain levels, leading to an overall effective experience over the last six months with chelated zinc capsules.

Relieved joint discomfort
This product excellently strengthens the immune system. I’ve tried various supplements, but none are as effective. After taking just one capsule, I felt a difference. I experienced significant improvements in muscle and joint pain, quality of sleep, and overall health. The packaging was secure, and the product composition aligns perfectly with my dietary needs for disease prevention.

Painful side effects

I did not agree with the product. After about three weeks, I experienced pain around my ovaries alongside unexpected bleeding. The pain ceased the day after I stopped taking it, suggesting it could be the cause. Despite a high rating, I am left disappointed.

Optimal zinc choice
After testing different zinc products, I've returned to this chelated zinc with copper. It offers 30 mg of zinc and is great value. I recommend monitoring zinc levels to avoid overdose and adjust dosage based on personal needs. I take it regularly during the first phase of my cycle to help reduce the intensity of pain and symptoms.

Stomach pain concerns
Zinc is known for immune support and hair health. I chose this product based on positive feedback. However, I experienced severe stomach pain and discomfort, making it difficult to function. After two tries, I won't take it again—it might just be my personal intolerance.
